May is a month more traditonally associated with dancing around a maypole. If you aren't into dancing, then what else can you enjoy when out with RIB Shack Marine this May?
Pop along to Hurst Castle and join in the fun on the Stand Up Paddle Boarding Event. There are offering a range of activities to suit everyone from novice to seasoned paddler.
Prices are £15 for Adults and £10 for under 16's. This includes 1 Activity of your choice from a 30 min taster for beginner paddlers getting up on a board for the first time, 30 min Improvers for paddlers looking at working on improving there skills, 30 min SUPFit taster (Sat PM) experience a great fitness session on a board.

Pop along to the foreshore in Hamble (moor at MDL Port Hamble Marina, 10 minute walk) for Hampshire Farmer's market 5th annual Spring festival.
Thirty Hampshire Farmers’ Market producers will be ready to welcome visitors to this pretty coastal village with delicious food, drink and stunning garden plants. Sample some of the county’s finest gin from Winchester Distillery and Silent Pool Distillers, pick up a pack of Catch Fabulous Fishcakes and take a bite of something sweet from Cupcakes mmm Cookies.
As well as a feast of food and drink, Hamble Sea Scouts will be hosting plenty of activities to keep families entertained, including a chance to try a kayak out on the water. The festival starts at 10am and is completely free.
This May visit the George Hotel in Yarmouth, IOW for some fabulous live music.
On Saturday 5th May from 1-3pm they are holding a Reggae Island Party with Derek Sandy. Enjoy a Caribbean themed BBQ. £25 per person.
On Sunday 27th May from 7-9pm Groove Union with be playing alongside the serving of a seasonal supper. £25 per person

Pop along to Shamrock Quay between 10 amd 3 to the festival of the sea. Organised by Hampshire Farmers markets enjoy locally sourced food, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, face painting and live music.
Celebrate the sights, sounds and smells of the age of steam when mini traction engines come to Poole Quay.
You will see some of the most beautiful and detailed mini steam and traction engines, some which have featured on the Discovery Channel, on display and running from 10am-5pm.
Featuring unique mini steam engines, there will be everything to keep steam enthusiasts young and old happy.
Organised by local enthusiast Richard Harvey, the event will include the chance to ride on the special engines.
It's a great, fun day out for the whole family.

Join other MDL berth holders and the general public to enjoy an outdoor movie at Mercury Yacht Harbour, Hamble. The movie will start as soon as the sun goes down so circa 9pm. Berthing is included with RIB Shack Marine - but get their early to stake your spot in front of the BIG screen. Wrap up warm, take a picnic and drinks. The movie they are showing is likely to be Top Gun. Keep an eye on their FB page for further details.
